Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Most of our products are eligible for return and replacements for all Domestic and International orders. If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from the My Order section within 30 days of delivery to request return and replacement.

Our return and exchange policy:

-We accept any unworn, unwashed product with original tags within 20 days of purchase for a return or an exchange.

-Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and the returns form, also mention the reason for returning the items.

– Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

– Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@chandogi.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our Returns processed:

Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days for any Domestic and International orders after your return request has been received. Once the pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end.

Cancelation, Damages, and issues:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through the My Order section or by writing to us at support@chandogi.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Chandogi reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
